I've been having to take the gym easily recently because of a right elbow injury, but today decided to have a 'PB Attempt' day and hit 100Kg on Bench and 140Kg on Deadlift. Really happy as both have alluded me for a while and its good to know that numbers can still go up.
Is anyone doing anything in their home gyms for leg extensions/curls? I keep getting tempted to swap out the bench with one that has a leg attachment on it, but then I also don't want my only bench to be too big and cumbersome to move in and out of the rack. Any one got ideas or want to share...
@LiE do you ever have issue with your dip attachment to your Bulldog rack? I used it for the first time yesterday, but it really flexes the whole rack, making me worried that its going to bend or break it. I tried it both facing forwards and into the rack, but it just didn't seem stable at all...
I had my email on there, but didn't get an update when these came back in stock today, so yeah not sure how successfully it works.
Either way I am a happy bunny now and I'm pretty sure I have everything I need/want for me gym for now. Or do I...
Wow, this must have been a good luck posting. Just checked the site (for the 4th time today) and both the spotter arms and dip attachment were in stock! Brought them both instantly :D
So I have my bulldog mammoth lite squat rack and I'm loving it so far. The one problem I have is that the spotter arms are out of stock and have been for a while now. So does anyone else know of some spotter arms that fit 80mm x 80mm and has 16mm pins? I believe this is the equivalent to 3x3...
Yup, something I should have paid more attention to. I just thought it might be difficult rather than outright impossible.
I've sold it on now and have a bulldog mammoth lite piece of kit turning up tomorrow instead!
I purchased the Mirafit M1 and the cable pulley attachment system, but really wish I had just waited for the M2 half rack instead. With the pulley system attached, there's not enough room to do bench inside the rack and squat are cramped as well. Luckily I have another set of stands I can use...
Might sound stupid, but have you just tried moving the cable between the two ports?
Most likely both interfaces are setup to get a DHCP address from your router, so just by moving the cable it the new interface will get an IP address and be used by Windows instead.
I admit its a niche usage case, but we were not allowed to even have the access points plugged into the same switches that were uses for live data. It was quite ridiculous really, but it was a case where logical and physical separation was needed.
Not exactly true. There are some examples where you want to be able to remotely monitor devices and usage whilst not allowing them anywhere near the live network.
For example, at my previous employer we deployed Aerohive APs using their cloud management platform (essentially the same sort of...
Had the MR12 running for a while, decided to add a Z1 firewall to the mix as well.
Quite impressed really and the ease of adding new rules to it and performing monitoring what its up to it great.
Was a bit worried that its only meant to be able to handle 50Mb/s of throughput, but it managed...
I also use PFSense, but run it as a VM inside Hyper-V 2012. VM has 2 interfaces, one of which is connected to the Openreach infinity modem with the other interface being connected to the Hyper-V LAN.
Does the job nicely and will give me the ability to create a DMZ easily at some point in the...
Having fun and games selling my house at the moment. Was on the market for 3 weeks and then finally got an offer which we liked and accepted. Another 3 weeks go by, with us being told by the buyers that everything is going OK only to then be informed that they can't get the mortgage they said...
