    Greenlizard0 Premier League Football Thread ** spoilers ** [3rd - 6th May 2024]

i just think they should have kept de gea, got him on cheaper contract and saved silly price for onana. It wasn't De Gea who who caused us the issues last season. I remember Schmeichel used to be irate if someone got a shot off at him. Amount of shots we take is crazy. Oh well never know might...

Thing is we have been rebuilding for a long time, the odd change just doesn't seem to be working. I'd sell / release as many as i could, see what funds we can spend and spend wisely. Made harder each year we are further down the table as less likely to attrack players.

    Greenlizard0 Premier League Football Thread ** spoilers ** [3rd - 6th May 2024]

Yeh injuries have been bad but i don't get why he hasn't reached into the youth team, playing 2 at CB who have as much pace as me against these was never a good idea. Why didn't we strengthen at xmas? Even with Licha back we're short. I've been spoilt growing up in the 90's but when i look at...

    Greenlizard0 Premier League Football Thread ** spoilers ** [3rd - 6th May 2024]

i find it weird the commentators make it out like a great result for palace and yeh its decent but they're playing against a united side who are **** poor. I can't remember the last game i watched and was optimistic at the start. I'd say ETH has to go but really 90% of the squad needs to go...

When are you going fully electric?

Nah not fussed by BMW it's just what I have atm Ionic 5 I thought was small but looking at reviews it's actually quite sizeable. It's relatively cheap on the scheme, so basic is 300ish the dual motor fully kitted out one is just over 500

When are you going fully electric?

The i5 touring isn't as bad as the i5 normal. Out of what BMW electric cars available there isn't much. My sister as an electric suv bmw which is scary fast but not too roomy. I was just looking to see what's available that will occasionally fit 3 kids (one car seat) and two adults with a...

When are you going fully electric?

We have a car scheme at work, had a look to see what's available and only things that interested me were a bmw i5 touring (cmft+) for 680 a month or a merc eqb for 460. Both after tax costs inclusive of maintenance, insurance, tax. I'm moving to a house with a car charger in the next month or...

    NHS=Negligent Health Service

The NHS must be splurging some money at the moment as i've been passed onto a private hospital for consultation and an operation all paid for by the NHS due to the fact i've been waiting a year for a consultant to see me at my local hospital. Win win for me as they're nice places and after the...

    BMW and M Power Owners

Last year my Left window regulator went, this year my right one has gone. The bloody joys! Last time i took it to an indy BMW specialist who charged 460ish and then i had to bring it back for adjustments as the window wasn't shutting all the way. This time i took it to a local garage (couple of...

    Platypus' Beginners Guide to Running

Went out yesterday for 35 mins, was happy with getting out. Ankle seems ok, i can't open my mouth fully after getting wisdom teeth sorted 4 weeks ago which meant breathing was a tadge harder than usual and i'm somewhat full of cold. All the same time on feet was nice :)

What "man jobs" have you done today?

I did one with lots of smaller drill holes for the extractor fan which was a right pain in the arse. In the end just paid for the bits to cut the hole and it was felt worth it.

    The nervous wait to exchange....

My partner is a first time buyer, shame i am not as it requires both of us to be first time buyers. be nice if they halved what we're paying. We're going through a purchase/sale at the moment, estimated time of completion is 12-16 weeks. Sure it never took this long when we bought ours but that...

    Your current Fish tank Setups!

I was thinking of maybe just building a stand, pricing up wood would be a bit over 100 of wood for a stand to support 6ft tank. I made a tank and stand years ago along with a sump, it was the sump that drove me nuts so think i prefer the simplicity of a external filter. What size tank you going for?
