I haven't noticed a change yet, but looks fairly big: http://www.facebook.com/sitetour/homepage_tour.php

oh yes, I spent almost a week researching it etc (sometimes at work, so was effectively getting paid to do so ;)) But it's like knowing how to ride a bike, or build a pc, once you know it, you never really forget how to do it.

It really depends on how long you want to spend looking for a match. e.g. since reading your post I went and looked on Jaxx for a close match and have already found one that would return £23.86 from the £25 free bet. Not bad for ~5 mins work ;)

Do NOT get a credit card for gambling with... a standard debit card is much better as most credit cards will charge you as if you were taking out cash on it.

For the lazy people there are sites like mbassist, bet72 etc, which will give you matches you can use.

Over at MSE as linked above. But one thing I overlooked... you're 17, you need to be 18 to do it. A lot of bookies ask for ID too, so not something to lie about.

Oh £100 is a piece of cake when starting out.... Jaxx: £25 cashback ... also Bet £25 get £25 free Betfair: £10 cashback and using a referral code ... risk (i.e use it for matched betting) £50 (this week only), plus then some referrals will give you a cut (£20 - £30). If you find a matched bet...

    Battery for G7

Hi all, Just got my Canon Powershot G7 delivered today (to replace my partly dead A70) :) Obviously not sure what the life of the standard battery is, however I'd like to get a 2nd one for reserve. Doing a search for the NB-2LH on google gets you quite a number of cheap "alternatives". (with...

    Parking nearish to Stansted

If it is £1.50 for an hour then that's fair enough, however I can't find anything to back that up, and according to the official stansted site if you go over an hour then it is £5.20. Thanks all for the suggestions though. :)

    Parking nearish to Stansted

lol, I plan to, but as I know from picking her up from Heathrow last time, her plane was delayed by about 20 mins, but I have a friend who lived about 20 minutes away so stayed at his until the plane landed, left and got there a few minutes before she came out of baggage claim... perfect timing :D

    Parking nearish to Stansted

Picking my Girlfriend up from Stansted tomorrow afternoon (coming up from Kent). Is there anywhere 10-15 minutes away that I can park at for free, e.g. a supermarket, and wait for her to SMS me after she gets off the plane. So I'm not hanging around paying for rather expensive parking? Cheers Ben

    Cheap International Calls? YourCall?

Cool, also Digging a bit deeper on MSE we get to this, which shows YourCallWorld is valid :) Yeah I was looking at 3, but I'm still tied into T-Mobile for another 7 months :( (damn 18 month contract). They have an international call thing for £2.50 per month, but that just reduces the charges...

    Cheap International Calls? YourCall?

Hi. I'm trying to find ways to reduce the cost of calling my girlfriend in Sweden, currently I've got it down to me having a SkypeIn Number and using VoxLib, and then either calling her on her Skype account or her home phone (which works out at just less than 2p per minute). Last night I...

    Sky HD output settings

Which completely loses the point of 720p, which is for smoother picture, which you cannot get from converting a 1080i source to 720p.

    Sky HD output settings

And why not? Sky do broadcast in 1080p, the box just doesn't output it. Let's put it this way, if Sky Broadcast in 720p, why offer 1080i? The benefit of 1080i is gone, and in reverse if they Broadcast in 1080i, the benefit of 720p is gone. Broadcasting in 1080p takes up less space than...

More dam Playstation culture heads the Wii's way. (Mod chips)

I thought this was disproved? and that it was that the structure of the disc was slightly different (the Error Checking and Data portions of the discs were reversed, hence why normal players can't read the discs).

More dam Playstation culture heads the Wii's way. (Mod chips)

Not sure I see what your point is? Since there are emulators out there for the PS2 and GC. (GC Emulation is still very slow, but PS2 is getting there).

More dam Playstation culture heads the Wii's way. (Mod chips)

Oh it did, and I hope I'm not the only one to have seen it first hand (friends that we bought a 2600 off of had one), it was a 2600 cart with a bit for clipping a chip to the front with a game (or games I can't remember entirely - I was still a kid at the time) on it. It may have been a...

Official Final Fantasy 12 Discussion thread

Really looking forward to FFXII, shame I don't personally have a PS2 to be able to play it, been playing FFX on my sister's PS2, and about 5 hours in, but it's not really holding my interest that much. FFXII sounds like it takes away the monotonous "Random Encounter - Attack - Attack - Win -...
