You can do this via either the Linksys Velop Application or browsing to the web interface https://192.168.1.1 and changing in there, I can't remember which option worked for me as it was ages ago I did the setup.

For me it was this versus HTC U11, I wanted to like the OP5 but looks like the waterproof U11 is gonna win. Also bonus of MicroSD slot, dual sim if going with red model and it being waterproof which isn't super important but a real bonus with small children in the house!
You shouldn't need to change anything, leave dhcp on the sky router, only traffic going externally using the default gateway will go over the power line as the rest will be on the same subnet?
