Agree exactly, its very easy for someone with a 435 to look at statistics and draw a comparison but truth be told the majority wouldn't have even driven the cars back to back. I actually took out an M2 for an hour around 8 weeks ago with a chap from BMW HQ, i was worried it would be too similar...

Thanks! I have to say i completely disagree and i don't see how you can make an opinion without driving both cars. A car is all about how it makes you feel, look, feel, sound, handling etc - the M2 blows my M135i out of the water for each and every one of these points. The M135i is a good car...

Have you seen an M2 in the flesh? really does look good. Im not a massive fan on the look of the cayman/s, GTS is better however i do LOVE the GT4. To be fair 2 series are ten a penny but the M2 will defiantly get some looks, BMW have done a great job...

I don't doubt the Cayman S is the better drivers car however the M2 is far more practicable and roughly 10K less once (once you have added decent wheels, PDK, Nav etc) I would also go as far as saying the M2 looks more special in person.

:D I popped into my dealer today to have a look at their LBB launch model, in the flesh it looks even better, so aggressive :cool:

Thanks :) Yes but from memory it was about £850 for the 3 years and i think when i worked it out i was only very marginally better off. However because the car had a new engine just before its first service this will be the first service that I'm actually paying for ... I would have taken...

My M135i is due a service soon, its the big one and i have been quoted just over £700. From memory I'm sure I've seen a good comparison site for BMW servicing so i can check my local dealers - does anyone remember the website? Thanks Sam
