Thank you for suggesting Mist and Archive.org. OS X Mavericks seems quite difficult to get a hold off. It's not avaible via Mist and the image from Archive.org is corrupted. So, I have given up on Mavericks. In the end, I have settled for Mountain Lion which I downloaded from here and then used...
Yep, it's a .pkg file which I can't seem to work out. When I run it, it also gives me an error message. I have tried various things from other forums but I am not having much luck. :p
Sorry to be a pain, Feek, but would it be possible to grab Moutain Lion from you please? I would just like to try and see if I get the same error. Thanks so much.
Sorry to hijack the thread a little. I have tried the above command with Catalina which works absoutly fine. Although, that's downloading Catalina from the App Store. I am not sure what I need to do with the Mavericks dmg file. If anyone has any suggestions, that would be great.
I am having a little bit of trouble creating a Mavericks bootable USB. I click on Mavericks.dmg and then transfer the 'Install OS X Mavericks' to the applications folder. I then open terminal and run the following command.
sudo /Applications/Install\ OS\ X\...
Thank you for your responses, Scuzi, Raymond Lin and LiE. Spending up to £2000 is a bit insane really given I am pretty new to photography and the smart option would be to purchase a used Fuji X-T3. I am a bit of a weird one when it comes to used gear though. I much prefer new. I have been...
I am looking forward to this WWDC. Look's like it will focus on AI a lot. Rumour has it, Apple will be partnering with other companies when it comes to Generative AI Features and they won't feature their own ChatGPT-Like Chatbot. I hope Siri get's a little smarter.
May I ask how much you managed to get for it, Feek? I am looking at purchasing one myself from eBay but I am a little worried about fake ones. I want to go on a nostalgic tripe, hehe.
I have had an iPhone 14 Pro since launch which was around September of 2022. I also got a Google Pixel 8 a couple of weeks ago to see how Android has evolved since I last used it on a Samsung Galaxy S III. I think I am going to sell it though and just stick with iOS.
The 1st Matrix was a great film and I didn't mind the 2nd and 3rd. The 4th though, I was not impressed so I can't say I have high hopes for a 5th film.
I am looking at getting back into photography. I have had a couple of cameras in the past. The Canon 60D, 7D and the R10. I am currently debating between the Fuji X-T5 with the XF 18-55mm or the XF 35mm f/2 R for around £1800 or the Fuji X100VI for an extra £400 above retail pricing for £2000...
I have read a couple of articles about this. I have always assummed incognito mode was only relevant to the local device. It's merely a tool to keep other people using that device from seeing your browsing history, and it does nothing to stop your ISP and / or Google from knowing your search...
