It does run terrible on my 3070 ti 5600x with dlss balanced, medium. where as horizon 5 ran better than the series x version. The series x runs beautiful

No don't nord offers that I've currently got a subscription to nord to, you have to use open vpn on the router and its either all or nothing.

Express vpn do there own firmware for certain routers, I've a Asus RT-AC87U, flashed with there firmware, you can assign you device to certain groups, my phones in no vpn, and my firestick is in a group connected to France, I can then watch f1 TV Pro
