Plus with Azure HCI stack you can manage remote private clusters through Azure, a good option if already using Azure.

Was coming here to post the same thing, looks like you add an ESXi host and it picks up the storage and VMs and allows you to import. VM has to be shutdown but could work around and live with that :)

You can install Windows 11 without the CPU, MEM and TPM checks, you interrupt the install and run regedit, add a few values and it installs and runs fine, had to do this for testing VMs.
