I'm training for a time trial and have been working to increase the number of pull-ups I can do. I found a spartan-focussed training programme for increasing the number of pull-ups, which includes some inverted rows as some of the workouts. They hurt more than I expected ...
Been getting back into running lately. There's a decent route near me but it's only ~4km. Don't really have any interest in Parkrun, could do without being in a cult
What's the consensus? Worth a watch, one one to avoid? Used to enjoy Marvels films (phase 1, at least), but enthusiasm has reduced (much like everyone else, I guess) ..
An early, and chilly, hacking back of shrubs in the garden and overhanging from nextdoor (and the inevitable pain of trying to get shot of all the waste afterwards ...)
thanks all for the replies. Feedback on the KEF T series seems divided to say the least :D that said, I'll try and give them a listen at some point, and will look into the MK M70 etc. suggestions
