Course closed AGAIN today, really starting to get fed up, hoping for a drought in Summer to make up for it. An unlike last year, no wind would be nice as I don't recall a round last year when we had no wind at all 20-30mph nearly all the time.

One of my friends does, it's not bad but certainly not amazing.

Managed to get a full 18 in yesterday, tee boxes were all trimmed up although we are still on winter mats, fairways were cut, greens were cut and top dressed. It's so close to being perfect again! Give it a month, hopefully.

I really wanted to get some SM10's but I got an amazing offer from a mate who won some Jaws Raw in black, built to my specs 50 S grind 10 Bounce, 54 S grind 10 Bounce, 58 Z 8 Bounce grind (I had to let him know what I wanted) for £230.

Course closed here today, been a fairly wet week and an additional 20mm overnight rain. First Saturday in ages our course has been closed, comps cancelled. I'm at a loss of what to do with my Saturday haha!

I have the Mizuno 223's and they are honestly the best clubs I've ever hit. I go from 5-PW with them as even at a 12 handicap the 4 iron put the fear of god into me!
