Well guys I am convinced!!! I found this one that was mentioned 700W OCZ ModXStream Pro Modular Power Supply for £64 I thought the Corsair was not so good as it has only one 12v rail, I have seen some with 4 12v rails...is that of any use??

Thats a worry re failures.... trouble is money running out after re build so I am looking at 50 to 60 max, I thought my 550W a few year old now was going to get me through after the GTX260 was fitted, however I noticed in COD4 last night it paused a few times.....hence 700/800W PSU thoughts..

Just bought this card and fitted it, cracking card for a cheap price. Now a question.... it has a VGA DVI and HDMI output. I have the VGA and DVI hooked up to my monitors and wondered ..could I hook up another monitor to the HDMI output with the adapter that came with the card (HDMI/DVI)...

I noticed that this card has VGA, DVI and HDMI outputs. Now I have three monitors with one VGA one DVI and the third VGA would this card run all three monitors with a VGA to HDMI converter plug (if there is such a thing). Also if it did would that affect frame rates running more than one...

Yes I had heard of issues with FSX and the 9000 cards but I prefer FS2004 so thats not amajor issue, my 8600GTS runs great just doesn't like the big screen resolution at 1024x 1080 it was great. Well the only reason for sticking with nvidia besides always having them, is that in FS2004 I use Nhancer to get the best out of the scenery graphics, without it things tend to blur a little in the distance.

cheers guys I thought of the GTX275 but thats a bit too much for me I just wanted a decent card that would work in the resolution I am using on the new monitor, the GTX260 seems by popular opinion a good choice.

I have a 8600GTS at the moment but using a larger monitor at a higher resolution I notice that the graphics card is struggling on the Samsung T220. I was thinking of trying to buy a 2nd hand 8800GTX or Ultra but is this a good move or would a 250GTS etc be better? I want to stay with Nvidia...
