    Poor write performance on iSCSI

Sorry my point is that most HBA's without BBU will not allow write back cache they would only be write through. Some of the PERC's you can force write back. From my experiance VMware without write back caching is painful

    Poor write performance on iSCSI

My guess would be no BBU write back cache on the controllor? Have seen this a lot on VMware infrastructure. If i remember correctly Starwind allows your to use RAM as cache?

    Anything cheaper than starwind?

Sorry put a t instead of w in "now" lol Guess this guy does work for them though... But we use starwind a lot and for the past 3 years has proven fairly solid. Only time we had problem when we used starwind write-back cache feature and then had a memory leak which then dropped the targets

Ping ok but download speed sloooow?

As Steven has suggested, take the bottom cover off and behind there will be a test port. Plug your router directly into that and post line stats

Ping ok but download speed sloooow?

Will reduce noise on the line as they are not used other than 2 & 5. The other cables just act as an antenna for picking up noise. All modern phone will only use 2 & 5 you may only get a problem if you have some antique phone

Ping ok but download speed sloooow?

Is your master socket 2 parts? If NOT then you could try pulling all the cables off the back but just LEAVING the cables on 2 & 5
