What TV do you have? The 7900 XTX has DisplayPort 2.1 and HDMI 2.1, both support 4K @ 144Hz although of the two DP has higher bandwidth capabilities. If your TV supports DisplayPort 2.0 or higher get a DisplayPort 2.0/2.1 certified cable, otherwise get a HDMI 2.1 certified cable.

Yeah they're very different things. ReBAR is allowing the CPU to access larger blocks of GPU memory. DLSS is just a scaling method, you can use DLSS without ReBAR

It will work but depending on the motherboard you might need to set the BIOS PCIe compatibility option to 3.0 before installing the GPU (either via the iGPU or connecting the GPU directly if it's a new build). Some motherboards will autodetect this option but not all of them
