    Induction Kit + insurance

why get an induction kit that doesn't enhance performance? tbh if you're not changing the map at all you might aswell get an uprated panel filter, that's where the gains are, though not many.

    stretched tyres

if a manufacturer can style a car, why can't the customer? Do you also think that manufacturer body kits are fine too? Why can't someone put one on made by someone else. Or does that someone else have to be a tuning company? Plenty of cars don't look too good out of the box but with...

    stretched tyres

meh, its hard to drop the front of the car properly without stretch. and i absolutely cant stand it when the wheels sit stupidly far inside the arches granted, some people overdo it though repect to the man for drifting it that low though

ok, why does everyone rave about iphones when they don't work?

Ive dropped mine countless times and its pretty battered, still have yet to have a single problem with it (touchwood). only thing ive noticed is sometimes in places with rubbish signal, the quality of the signal is always up and down. Though when its on full signal on 3g, which is most of the...

So who's enjoying faster cars with this colder weather?

Feels like the turbo's spooling quicker, though it just spins the wheels, makes for pretty boring driving really. I doubt the 50 psi in the rears helps with the traction at all

The latest motor, 375 bhp, 380lb/ft. + family toys

looks like a stunning clean example. Think it could go lower, and those rear wheels need spacing out. Other than that its pretty much perfect. Seems like its running loads of boost too. The chatter on that thing must be awesome

    Why,why,why part 2

i dont understand why people extend the arches and don't fit wider wheels, or even space out the wheels to fill them. Just looks daft

"You can't get better than a Kwik-Fit fitter"

took my rx7 to one of these places once. I made it very clear that it should be warm before turning it off. I even stuck a sticky note over the rev counter pointing at the temp gauge saying they shouldn't turn it off untill the needle reaches a certain point. got a call the next day "er we...

    My Evo III

I love the early evo's, looks like you've got a really tidy example. Im struggling to believe they only weigh 1200kg's though, thats 3rd gen rx7 territory and they're tiny. Any idea how much power is putting through the wheels?

Noise - how much does it matter to you?

completely car dependent. On my daily i couldn't care less. But on the rx7.... the sound is just awesome. If i could afford it as a daily the noise wouldn't be a problem, infact it would probably just make me happier, only the rattles are anoying. There's not a lot better than a turbo rotary...

Mazda RX8 Owners - Possible Bad Repair Advice Needed

How many miles has the engine got on it, and has it had the replacement ignition coils? When rotaries are hard to start its usually a sign of low compression or water seal corrosion/failure. If the car has been left flooded for a long time the fuel gradually corrodes the water seals. Does the...

    Another coilover thread!

why don't you just cable tie the splitter on, then cut it off when your about to park up. Or you could get a removable front bumper like you see on some of the drift cars.
