Oh, Did not know that PS4 had Ustream. I don't like it as much as Twitch, but it will suffice.

Twitch.tv is a big advantage for the One IMO, but I wouldn't be surprised if it ends up on PS4 at some stage also.

The difference being that there wasn't much of an alternative, hence the need for a revival in the first place. Those who didn't like the Xbox One have settled for the PS4. It would have been a horrible business decision NOT to backtrack on this.
