The 720 doesn't have an Amoled screen, it's an IPS LCD. Still a great display though. The main advantage it has it's thinner and lighter than the 820

Where are you getting the info on 720 low light performance? All the reviews I've seen are calling it very good and pretty close to the 920, partly due to the F1/9 aperture. Admittedly it *isn't* as good as the 920 and doesn't have OIS but it's significantly cheaper which was also one of the...

So the 720 is *almost* as good as the 920 for photography for less money and has benefits with regard to battery life, size and weight etc. Worth considering I would say ;)

Difficult to answer that one as I've got a wireless charger shell and pad at work so it's being topped up all the time. Given the fact that it has the same battery as the 920 (2000 mAh) though plus lower processor speed etc you'd expect it to be v.good. Figures below vs 920 from...

The 920 is still £100+ more expensive than the 720 I think. It's an IPS LCS screen though I believe rather than AMOLED, interested in why you think it's overly sharp though given the lower resolution and pixel density vs the 920?

I got mine on contract from O2. Looks like you can pick them up sim free for under £200 now (in the UK)
