Just wanted to provide an update.
After looking at all the options, I ended up getting something which I hadn't expected to buy.
Dell had a discount on the AW3821DW, plus cashback / etc brought it down to around the £950 mark.
It arrived on Thursday and it's amazing. Productivity is great...
Honestly, the 4090 prices are insane, I don't think I could every spend that kind of money on a GPU. Not to mention I'd also need to change my case and PSU as well.
I've been running my 3080 FE for nearly 2 years and it still plays everything I want at 1440p. Personally I don't see the point of...
Hey everyone :)
Spent quite some time doing research on monitors and have nailed down a few options, but would appriciate input and thoughts on those that I've chosen.
Firstly, my ideal budget would be ~£500 or less, but I have an uper limit of £1000 if there is something absolutely worth...

It's been a *very* long time since I've been in the Wycombe town centre, but I'm fairly certain it used to be here, back when the shopping centre was called the Octagon...
It's looking positive. More and more cards appearing in auctions, more stock showing up at shops. Funny to see the "great scalper fire sale" that's been going on. Prices are dropping rapidly.
I'd agree with most of this. In my experience the Anycubic printers tend to be decent starting points.
As someone who owns a V-Core 3, I'm slightly biased towards it. I prefer the design over the HevORT and other machines.
The Ender 3 is also a fantastic entry level printer. Really it comes...
Prices on the bay are dropping. 3080FE's were fetching £1700-1800 a week and a bit ago, they hit a low of £1200 or so and have now risen a little again. Still far lower than recent times.
FE drops seem more frequent, and more stores seem to be keeping stock (though still at inflated prices)...
