Sorry I missed your reply the first time. I use magnet on macOS to layout my desktop, it’s no different from my old smaller UW. So far I have just been playing civ, but I have no problems playing fps casually on 60fps. I’ve done it for 20 years. :D

I got one directly in the end, it’s a fantastic monitor, having the higher PPI in an ultrawide is a dream come true. It’s looks fantastic, as I spend 8 hours a day coding and only a few hours a week gaming, the features of this label suited me much more than the new oled everyone is excited about.

Ok I havent bought this monitor, but the 40” LG UW. I come to you guys for some advice about wall mounting large chonky monitors. What are you using to do so? I have found the ergotron hx but can’t find anywhere to buy it (reputable that is). What are you using?

Is this beast of an ultrawide monitor going to be stocked at OCUK? I know it’s not high refresh, but the other specs are pretty awesome.

Anyone have any intel on the 38WN95C-W, is it eol or just usual stock issues? I’d get the 38GN950-B panel, but most have said the 160hz doesn’t function and the 94w usbc power would be really useful for me on the former. Thoughts?

I got this delivered from another retailer last week, no queue, just distill on my laptop, I think they were in stock for a few hours. So not even a mad rush. overall I’m impressed with the panel, it looks awesome. Only issue is it’s replacing a 34” ultra wide and still feels a bit small.

That’s insane, I feel like being into watercooling and PCs is about to get a lot more expensive. :(

Yup I stopped using it ~5 years ago, pc part picker daily emails for pc price drops are great. It was amazing for a long time, then for a year or so it became hotukssddeals. Then everything junk got upvoted and people stopped being critical, I guess it just got too mainstream.
