Ignoring the crazy prices, and lack of availability, the other thing that I think we're going to see is more crazy power consumption. I've seen predictions that the 4080 is going to consume 640W.

If there are any good bricks in the rubble you could just use it to extend a wall up around the top. Or even make a fat double skinned wall and fill with the rubble.
If everyone took a page out of her book, wages and prices would go up to compensate for the fact that not many people are working any more, then $1M wouldn't go very far and we'd all have to get jobs again.

Could it be that the SSID and password happen to match another one you have used in the past? Or maybe it has no password set up. Does your phone connect too?
And the other way around, Landlord locks into an expensive mortgage, then the market changes forcing rental to drop, then they have to sell the house that you're renting, or the bank takes it off them and kicks you out.
I'd try and leave on good terms in case you end up working with the same people again in the future. Tell them your circumstances have changed if that makes it easier.
It'd probably hit anyone hard that has a mortgage on their 2nd home, but not those that own 2nd homes outright that hard.
Those with mortgages would start to sell up, prices would drop, and the super rich would see a bargain and buy them all outright and we'd be in the same situation again...
Everything you have done in the past, currently do can be put on your CV, along with the responsibility for what you should be doing but they're not letting you fully. If you've done it at some point, you've still done it.
That you're managing someone on more money than you should indicate that...
