what software are you using to test your overclock?

yeh thats correct, the msi gaming mode keeps the clock at high throughout, maybe its just a matter of adjusting the fan speeds manually rather than leaving it at auto

back to stock now and it idles at 35 degrees. guessing my case airflow is really bad.

I received my gpu today the msi gtx 770 gaming, i'm using the "gaming mode" on with the msi gaming app. My temperature idle is 56 degrees can someone else check their gpu and let me know if that is normal? seems quite high to me

I'm slightly edging towards the MSI as is has a backplate support for the cooler and it would prevent bending compared to the KFA2. The review on guru3d though is tempting me to take the KFA2. p.s. £330 is my maximum spend for the month on computer components(yes i started budgeting now) :P
