I had the same issue. I just pulled the card out and re-installed with the screws not connected. Then it booted up fine. I then re-applied the screws (a bit less rigidly) and it's been working since (touch wood). Hopefully it doesn't give me any other problems.

I'm using .10 BETA (MSI one). How does the .11 compare? Can anyone comment?

Ok, so I just connected to my plasma via DVI to HDMI. Still no signal, just 100% GPU fan volume, everything else on inside etc. Any ideas?
