Well guys, tested the old PSU and it was fine but, replaced it with a new PSU and everything works fine now!! Looks like the old PSU was not powerful enough.

The PC starts ok but no screen output. Black screen with message saying check cable for TFT. Will see what happens tomorrow when he gets the new PSU.
