I’m not sure if it needs the update but I updated mine before fitting the CPU. The BIOS update without the CPU was very easy and worked first time with the first usb I tried.

I’ve just sent my x570 Tomahawk back to OCUK and bought an Asus Strix x570-e. The tomahawk gave me nothin but problems with my 5600x. - it took 5 different usb sticks to finally flash the BIOS - upon using it for 5 hours, it randomly crashed and displayed a VGA error code and wouldn’t boot...

Stripped the whole system back, removed power cable extensions, removed all RAM sticks apart from 1, removed NVMe, reset CMOS. still no luck, white VGA led still present.

I've just had this monitor delivered but I am struggling to get to the full resolution with my R9 390. I was under the impression that because the card could support my previous 4k 60hz display, it could power this display at full res. Any ideas?

Yep, the labels are in the wrong positions. The dining area is on the right, the kitchen on the left. The dashed line rectangle is indeed a roof lantern. The tv will be mainly used for football and music.
