the website I ordered from includes a year warranty and 14day return period. Worth the risk seeing as it'll be around £1250 for the UK/Global variant.

Should, since its coming from Hong Kong. I checked the 4G and 5G bands and the UK variants are supported so expecting no issues.

Just paid £889 on Wonda for the Mi 11 Ultra which should arrive in about a month. It'll be running Chinese ROM and have Google Play pre-installed.

I just bought the screenknight cheapo screen protector they have on ebay. While it isn't absolutely as smooth as having the tempered glass ones, it does the job for covering the curved glass.

I've finally got my s8 plus. Decided to buy it outright as I couldn't find a contract deal worth the money. :P Now I'm waiting for a screen protector and case to arrive from rain forest before I peel off the plastic layers.

Base price of my 64gb S6 at launch was £539 and the S8+ pre-order price is £689. A base price of £150 more at £22 extra per month is still way too much.

How is £50 a month acceptable for you guys? :( I got my S6 2 years ago not long after launch for £28.80 on a Unl Calls/texts with 8gb data 24 month contract. Vodafone says my upgrade is ready in 2 days and there aint no way in hell I'd accept paying £50+ p/m for an upgraded phone near launch.

Been looking to attend a job fair but there aren't any in areas close by for the next few months! I was thinking of going to one up in Sheffield tomorrow. Is there any point going to ones so far away? do they only offer jobs in that area?

I've done game reviews and all sorts of how-to-guides so would love to give this a shot :)
