I'd agree with this approach, a bit like an executive summary so the management don't have to read the entire thing, because they won't. You can certainly include all the juicy details justifying your claim in an appendix or supplementary information on separate pages, giving a reference...

I've had the roof cleaned at a cost of £1,800. That sounds like a lot (and it is!) but considering it took 4 blokes 2 days scraping away (not jet-washing) on quite a large roof that had terrible moss and lichen build up, and it's a job I refuse to do myself (heights), I suppose there's value...

Consider yourself lucky! I've seen two commercial breaks during Fallout, the first with two adverts at 1.40 minutes long then a shorter 30 sec advert a bit later. It may be free with prime, but not free from adverts ;). I'll take your advice and watch the next episode though!

That's weird. Say's it's £2.99 to be ad-free for movies and TV shows. As if £95 a year wasn't enough. Any way, I don't want to fallout with the mods for derailing this thread about subscription charges.

As someone who never got the Fallout thing (played the one with the bomb decision and thought yup, and nuked the game altogether) the nostalgia is lost on me. The first episode is so so, probably enough for me to watch another but hell, those unannounced adverts in the middle really kill it...

With the talk of Frostpunk I thought I'd check on my old town in endless mode, Day 154. I wanted to get to a full year in endless mode but I'll be honest and say I got a bit bored and moved on to the next thing. I thought the same and just decided to wait.

I was just about to post this. I went from a 34" 3440x1440 (100Hz) screen to a 38" 3840x1600 (175Hz) screen and although not a massive jump that extra vertical screen space is much welcome. Makes me want to jump to 4k at greater than 38" but that might just be too big.

I would, but depends on if you like those type of games. Steam says I sunk almost 250 hours in to the first one so I obviously enjoyed it :D.

It's not long now to Frostpunk 2 release, 25th July 2024. Saw on Steam today that you can pre-order it for 10% off and get to play a 7 day beta on April 15th.
