Bearing in mind I've only dabbled with the VM side of things for HomeAssistant, so this might not be the smartest or most effective way to do things :)
There are a few community plug-ins and tools within the App store that can do the job of running a scheduled backup task of your appdata and VM...
Say goodbye to your family because Unraid is a gateway drug into the world of homelabs and self-hosting :D
I've been running Unraid on a N54L for several years now, having flirted with WHS2011 for a short time before that. Set it up right, and it's literally set it and forget it. I think the...
Not entirely sure yet, tbh and nothing's changed I can think of.
It's been running Unraid and some docker containers 24/7 for years now with no problems, but in the last fortnight have had it go completely unresponsive and become unreachable over the network while sounding like it's about to...

After umming and erring over Black Fri I finally caved and bought one in the Boxing Day sales. Turned up today and have spent some of the day getting it installed and set up. It looks like I'll need to upgrade my current amp though as it's a bit long in the tooth but has been going strong all...
I went with one from Wicked Brick in the end, I've got some of their other display units too and they're pretty tasty imo. Looking forward to see what they do for the UCS Star Destroyer.
