What clocks have people been able to get with this chip on a Asus Rampage IV Extreme Intel X79 board ? or any other board?:)

ive gone with a corsair H100! altho i baught an OCZ Revodrive 3 120gb card thaught it would be fast! only to have it fail the moment i installed it! :-( gone streight bk! sticking with SSD's.

right set all volt settings to auto except ddr to 1.500v multipler to x41 thats all i can get? to get 4.10ghz and now using prime95 on torture test on high FFT's, temps running between 42 to 50c on full load.

its z68ap-D3 F6 im new to DVID how do you calculate it? to set your Vcore?. Just been playing arround and set DVID to +0.040 QPI to 1.160 and stress testing as we speak and temps are running arround 48/49

to get a stable clock @ cooler temps UR GOING to have to change more setting then just the bus speed! post ur bios settings so we all can have a look and point u in the right direction! :-)

most systems arrive ok but 4 a selected few you will need the assistance of support and there is a dedicated thread 4 this. it sounds like a bios profile problem. chech ur bios profile to see what it says. :-)

those voltages are fine but for 4ghz take qpi to 1.315 and vcore between 1.275 and 1.335

set ur pll bk to auto and try raising ur Vcore to 1.3000 set uncore multi to x36

you'll need to set up 3 or 4 things manually to get 4ghz stable!, memory vcore qpi etc

all your bundels are fine they just need tweeking abit. ive got a ud3 and running 4ghz quite fine.

vcore about 1.3345 and qpi about 1.235- 1.255 try these.
