Outlook - setup to send but not receive

I have Outlook 2007 and would like to setup my email so that I can send from my pop account but no receive messages. I have another PC on the server that receives messages from this account. Is this possible with Outlook 2007? I can't workout how! Thanks, Jon

Does 24" give more room than 19"?

Actually, I rather like the idea of sticking some of the toolbars to the left of the screen. Since it is so much wider, I probably won't notice it much and I'd rather have the extra height. Would take some getting used to though!

Does 24" give more room than 19"?

Please note that the DSR only apply to consumer purchases and not business purchases. Not sure how this applies to sole traders but I presume the same? Question: how do I know how many more pixels per square inch there will be on a Samsung 24" monitor compared to my existing LG L1915S? I want...

Does 24" give more room than 19"?

Just seen a service with a dead pixel check. Costs £25 for a 24" screen. Are there any stats on what percentage of Samsung 24" screens have dead pixels?

Does 24" give more room than 19"?

Great quote there, thanks. I notice that many places have a restocking fee. Is this because many people don't know about the distance selling regulations or what?

Does 24" give more room than 19"?

PCM2, interesting point about Distance Selling Regulations. Does that apply only if you have not opening the packaging? What happens if you have opened it and the box has become damaged as a result. Can you still return it under the Distance Selling Regulations?

Does 24" give more room than 19"?

If you have dead pixels, can you return the monitor or are you stuck with them? Its my greatest fear!

Does 24" give more room than 19"?

I will still have dual monitors, but just replacing one of the 19" ones. I can see the benefit in development apps like .NET and MS Access. Just wonder about other stuff. May even make some sites look a bit "stretched".

What benefit is that extra width?

Does 24" give more room than 19"?

Are you suggesting that the image will be crisper somehow? I like the idea of more real estate and I was assuming that was possible, but it looks like its only possible if I spend a fortune on a monitor. I was looking at the rather nice Samsung SyncMasterP2450H. I use it mainly for work but...

Does 24" give more room than 19"?

Currently, I have a 19" TFT at 1280x1024. Yes, very old school! Now with all these widescreen monitors (and the fact one of my monitors has gone kapput), will getting a 24" running at 1920x1080 actually give me more room on my Win XP setup? To my mind, apart form a little extra width, it...

    Monitor flahes on then off

Ok, so I have replaced my graphics card and tried a new monitor. Same problem. Occasionally, the monitor will work fine and stay on until the PC is switched off, but that is probably like 1 in 50 times. When I turn the PC on, the POST screen used to show on both monitors. Now, it shows on the...

    Replacement for silent graphics card

I have a ati radeon hd 2600 xt which is on its way out. Getting driver issues and left monitor not viewable anymore. So, will try a new graphics card. I have a dual monitor setup so card has to cope with that and I like the silent types without a noisy fan, maybe just a heatsink. What...

    Monitor flahes on then off

I have two LG monitors on a dual monitor setup. Recently, the left monitor will not go back on if I turn it off. It flashes what should be seen (desktop) very briefly, for perhaps 1/2 second but then goes off again. So, I changed the monitor and the same thing happens with another LG monitor...

    MOT Retest fee

My car went in for a MOT on the 15th December. It failed so I took it in for the repairs a few days later. They did the repair but did not put it through the MOT retest because the handbrake cable was frozen on. They refused to poor water on the disks at the back to free it to do the test...

    Should Christmas be cancelled?

If I went to another country to live, I wouldn't dream of complaining about them not showing their traditional plays. Its not my right.
