Shame they didn't opt for the Snapdragon 800 chipset. I wanted to buy the new nexus 7, but it has exactly the same internals as my 1 year old Nexus 4. The only advantage would be a bigger screen. :(

Well if the OP does RMA a perfectly good card (raising the price for the rest of us) go for a VTX3D HD 7950 X-Edition. I have one here sitting at 1,200Mhz Core and 1,700Mhz mem @ 1.15v and is quiet and cool. Mind you a good 50%, mine included, suffer from coil whine so he'll probably RMA it again...

That's not a valid reason to RMA a graphics card. You've said it's absolutely fine at stock. I hope OcUK (or else where) tell you where to RAM it.

The HDMI audio with this driver is absolutely crap. The audio skips every few seconds. The 12.7 beta was bad but this is worse. I've had to disable the audio on my 7950 and use the motherboard audio instead. Not what I expect from a £300 graphics card...

I paid £288 for mine from OcUK. It was a "This Week Only Deal" less than a month ago. They were selling the same card £50 cheaper a few days ago. That's graphics cards for you. :(

Hi there, I've had the card for a while now and it still whines like a little girl when it's under load. Apart from that it's a great card. Currently sitting at 1,200MHz core and 1,675MHz mem @ 1150mv which is Heaven stable for 6 hours+. I've left it on overnight a couple of times stability...

Yep. Can't argue with that. I can't be bothered with this RAID nonsense anymore to be honest. Performance has already dropped due to the lack of TRIM with RAID 0. I'll get a bigger SSD when the replacement for the M4 comes out. Hopefully it won't be too long. ;)

Has anyone tried this on a 7950 yet? A 7970 BIOS can be flashed to a 7950 after all. It doesn't unlock the shaders like the 6950s did but it does work. I'll be the first to try it in the morning if no one else has.
