Have not tried without yet. I can later and let you know. In adrenaline it shows average FPS 118, Ultra settings although a couple turned to high, sky shadows and fog i think. all three rt options on and medium rt setting. I am very happy with how its performing.

Just got the 6800xt Red Devil myself. Gaming at 1440p and it is performing well. Well over 60fps with rt set to medium using fsr2 on Hogwarts legacy. In regards to the 3080 having warranty it will most likely not transfer with the ownership so need to check that out.

Just ordered myself the Red Devil version 6800xt. :D Should give me a good improvement over 5700xt and hopefully get a few quid back by selling it too.

So i am leaning towards the 6800xt atm to last a year or so maybe for the price. Question is how much better the 6950xt is.

Indeed. Happy to pay out on 4080 if it will last couple years max settings. Having RyzenTM though wanted to stay team red lol. 7900xtx seems to week though in tests I have seen. Looks good on paper though.

Rather not spend loads but wanting to future proof a bit too. Looking at how hogwarts is performing 4080 seems the way to go? Amd look to struggle with it. i do look the look of the 6800xt though but not sure will give me wow factor over 5700xt

Is 16gb VRAM enough for all current games or is it on the edge?

In regards to RT does the 7900xtx not do this well or what? Also what is DLSs and FSR The 4080 appears to run cooler than the 7900xtx and is less power. My psu is only Corsair RMX 750w

Hi all. I am looking for a little advice for a new GPU. I have just upgraded CPU to 5800x3d and increased ram to 32gb. I have only got a 1440p monitor with 165 refresh rate. So far I have been looking at the 7900xtx and 4080 but are these overkill if i am not running 4k? Open to suggestions...

lol that would be a good place to start just put it in diff usb will report back. the computer seems to freeze/stutter along with the keyboard while im in game.

Hi guys for few days now my illuminated keyboard keys have been periodically flickering and i been getting the windows connect/disconnect device sound. I am hoping its maybe the keyboard playing up or could it poss be the motherboard? I had only noticed it while gaming so thought maybe its over...
