Get the DPF's removed, I just had mine done by a company called http://www.midlanddpfremoval.com
The DPF was removed from the vehicle, and ecu remapped to tell car it no longer exists. Mine was also the 2.0 CR engine with 90k on clock and had nothing but trouble with DPF until last week :D
The registered keeper was me because DVLA failed to update their records... however they are now backdated. So at the time of the speeding offense it was me the registered keeper according to the courts but I wasn't in possession of the vehicle. I was done for failing to provide the drivers details.
They said it would need to go to trial... and any witnesses (if any) to be called... I was told it would get closed but obviously I forgot to attend the second hearing which is why this has happened.
Your right there it was for not naming the driver... but how could I name the driver when I received no request to name the driver... all I got was a court summons.... of which I attended the first hearing but forgot to attend the second hearing.
I tried to the CAB and they said that I should seek advice from a solicitor. I contacted a few and none got back to me... then one I got through to said they will charge me £700 but said they will request re-opening the case and that it should 99% get squashed.
Hey guys, haven't been on here for a while but I know a lot of knowledgeable guys are on here that may be able to help me with this... so here goes...
In January I sold a vehicle and sent off the logbook off
In August I received two summons to go to court for speeding offenses.
I went to...
Cisco 870 Series with WRT54GL (acting as wireless access point)
3Com 24-port 100mbit switch
Synology NAS DS108j with 1TB
Linksys NAS200 with 2TB
HP ML115 with ESX4 (webserver, exchange server, dns)
Will be adding some Cisco phones and setting up Asterisk... when I have time :p
