I had exact same Shuttle few months back with a Sapphire 4870, was gonna go with a GTX260, I did some research and the 260 it won't fit without modding the power connector or us a sorter 6pin power cable.

You already have a highend board, I don't think its worth upgrading unless you gonna be using all/some the extra slots, most overclocks are limited by cooling and cpu, IMO can't see any reasons to spend the extra money. From what I read its a good mobo, still early days so new bios will/might...
