don't know if it's formatted at all, I bought it preowned a while ago and only attempted to fix it today.

This shows up as 8megabytes on windows installer that one would use to install windows on a boot drive from cd/usb. I thought this might be due to old firmware, but intel ssd firmware update tool said it was up to date, 2cv102m5. It showed up as 0GB as 0Gb there. Any ideas if fixable and if so...

I'm not OP, but I'm curious about the measurements, they're just in mm right? SO 650mm wheels is 26", 700mm is "28, and the frames are available as 450mm, 480mm, etc. Hwo do I know which size frame to get - thes site's sizing guide suggests 28" wheels from someon 173-185 ,I'm about 178cm iirc...
