How often do you get a Dominos pizza? (Seventeen year old thread bump warning)

Stopped getting Dominos when they started charging for delivery! Charging a fortune for a pizza, then charging delivery is just a step too far

    National insurance cut

The worrying thing is I don't see Labour making it any better when they get in. We need a complete overhaul of politics, but it's never going to happen

    Mens Shower Gel

Whatever is cheapest/available at the time If I'm feeling brave I'll pinch some of my wife's Badedas, that is nice stuff but gets me an ear bashing for pinching her shower gel

Today's mass shooting in the US

I would question if reeducation works for all, some me people are just evil and there is no fixing that. I suppose like most things in life, there is no one size fits all, and there isn't one right answer

Today's mass shooting in the US

Maybe not, but society is getting to the point where something needs to be done. Forced labour is something I would support too, just anything to make your punishment an actual punishment

Cheapest Gaming GPU for 4K 60FPS

I have heard/seen reviews that say this, however when looking for 6800xt cards they seem almost as expensive as 7800xt cards now!

Today's mass shooting in the US

Are minor road traffic offences classed as crimes? I certainly don't consider them as such. Illegally streaming, speeding and then getting sent to the gallows for not paying a parking ticket isn't what I meant. But sexual assault, armed robbery, serious aggravated assault etc are another...

Today's mass shooting in the US

Yeah, I think there has to be a massive reform of the prison system. I don't know the answers, but I'd look to make it so horrible it is a deterrent rather than PS5 and pool all day that it appears to be now. I would look at capital punishment, not just for serious murderers etc, but a 3...

    Need to learn about networking

I passed my CCNA years ago (expired now), but don't remember it covering enough about BGP to work with it, just enough to know the basics I would have thought you would need CCNA routing to get into BGP

Today's mass shooting in the US

I agree, but I think it's the justice system more than the policing that needs to change. Police arrest, courts release, criminals realise they get off Scott free. Start giving tougher sentences and I'm sure it will motivate the police to catch new criminals rather than arresting the same ones...

This could be great for Earth.

Yeah I meant many countries had been researching and had produced tests that proved its possible. I never watched the video, and just assumed it was the same as other videos and articles I'd seen over the years

Sounds like fusion power, haven't may countries achieved this?

Lack of dreams - long term ambition

It has taken me years to accept that, and sadly at the expense of my family life at times But I've leant that now

Lack of dreams - long term ambition

Thanks, I've started looking at my health and will try and come up with some long term goals based on fitness.

    Your bad driving encounters

I have to say, some of the new EVs especially seem crazy bright, I wonder if they may struggle when it comes to MOT time. I've had Xenons and LED specced cars for years, but they have never been like some of the new batch of cars!

How much is your car mate ?

Car values are something pretty easy to find out, so it's a bit of a stupid question, but at the same time one I'll just answer straight as it's no secret. Although I've never owned anything 'special'

Lack of dreams - long term ambition

For years I strived to reach a point in my career, after nearly 20 years of slow progression I've pretty much got there, now I have realised that things aren't as good as I had hoped. Now it's dawned on me that I no-longer have a 'dream' that I can work towards, which can be a depressing...

This is getting ridiculous (energy prices - Strictly NO referrals!)

My bills seems to have gone up slightly, but that maybe due to the wife having heating on all the time
