With the FSB voltage, is there anything I can do to reduce the heat, should I try reducing the FSB volts bit by bit? And how much further can I push this chip, some suggested BIOS settings would be welcome, many thanks!

lol yes I noticed that after I posted, I thought wtf is going on there?! I have an NZXT Lexa case, which has a fan top and bottom a large rear fan, and a large side fan. Plus the big Thermaltake fan on top of the CPU, so cooling should be ok.

What is the best recognised benchmarking software. I have downloaded 3dmark06 and PcMark Vantage, but obviously they only allow you to test certain things for free. Is this the best software to buy or are there better?

Ok so Iv had a play with the settings on HIS 5770 ICEQ5 via MSI Afterburner. The Max I seem to be able to push it to is - 900Mhz on the Core and 1350Mhz on the memory. Shall I leave it there, or tweak more and adjust voltages?
