Ignore the orange wording about the delivery - it’s very confusing because that’s for new orders only. If you see under it in simple black lettering it’ll be something like Arrives on 17/02/2023 Please deliver by That’s your estimate.

Samsung have been rubbish with this preorder. People have been getting their shipments all at different times. Have you got anything else in your order that may possibly be back ordered? That could be the reason the phone hasn’t shipped yet for you

4th Feb with an estimated 17th feb. Was sitting as Preparing Dispatch since the 5th. My DPD tracking now shows that it’s on its way to the local depot with a delivery estimate of tomorrow. I’m out in the morning so fingers crossed the neighbours accept it if it comes while I’m out.

just received a shipping notification from DPD that they’re expecting my parcel from Samsung. Galaxy S23 Ultra 512GB Graphite was expected 17th Feb. Hopefully will get it tomorrow

Samsung’s wording is so weird. Mine says “Arrives on 17/02/2023 Please deliver by”

That’s a shame, I’ve heard not to listen to the delivery estimates when ordering, I believe the phones (especially the exclusive colours) are on back order and are being delayed. The appealing delivery dates are probably to try and get customers to purchase.

Nothing on my end atm. When did you order, what was your original delivery estimate, what was the previous status and what’s the delayed date? Mine is still showing Preparing Dispatch with delivery by 17th Feb.

Stupidly it looks like Samsung has sent my screen protector in my order and the phone and watch are still on “Preparing Dispatch”. They’ve used DPD to send the screen protectors? Anyway it’s due tomorrow and I don’t know when I will be receiving the phone.

I believe it’s either/or 2 nano sims or 1 nano sim and eSIM

I’ve received a notification from DPD that they’re expecting a parcel from Samsung. Hopefully the phone comes tomorrow. Knowing my luck the package will contain the Watch and screen protectors and the phone’s delayed.

Still patiently waiting on my order, everything's still "Preparing dispatch" and Samsung Chat Support are utter useless telling me that the phone says it will deliver on the 17th so to wait then and they didn't have a reason why other customers are receiving theirs a week before the delivery...

Preordered my Galaxy S23 Ultra 512GB in Graphite along with the Galaxy Watch 5 Pro about 20 minutes in on the Galaxy Unpacked event. This gave me a delivery estimate for 13th Feb. I later found quite a few discount deals via the extra 10% referral code and adding a screen protector to my order...

Actually looked at this, and since I'm going for two WD RED HDDs they are 5.25" - the case only handles 2.5 and 3.5" HDD/SSD's. EDIT: Just seen the 3.5" WD RED drives, everything's cool again.

I think my next issue is where can I get a Mini ITX or Micro ATX case that allows 2 x 5.25" drives. mITX is preferred.

Thanks for the help, I looked at the HP MicroServer but I can seeing it cost a lot more if I did a Xeon upgrade and had my RAM increase to 16GB. + I'll need to buy my drives for it. I was considering a Xeon CPU but they increased the price of the build. I'm just aiming for something that is...
