If your hardware can't maintain a steady 60 fps though, I'd assume the vSync will drop your frames to 30/40 or (whatever it does) when theres a performance hitch? Better off just capping with RTSS slightly under 60 fps (57) unless you want to get rid of tearing.

I played it on release and through a couple of patches. The game peaked when Free for All was implemented as an 'event' and then the player base took a nose dive after it ended. The patch that followed (where they put the game mode in with the main playlists) made queue times insanely long...

I've just sold my switch in anticipation of the new one being announced, but I've kept the games I own + pro controller. Would it be best to charge the pro controller up to full then leave it until I get to use it again?

In regards to the video I posted earlier, the right fan on my Zotac card is faulty/has dodgy bearings. Any fan % below 50% it rattles like hell and above it, it is still there but feint, really annoying, going to try and return it I think.

Depends what you do with your games. I cap at 144 fps for my monitor, and it is tolerable in some using speakers. When playing above 200 fps (this is probably game dependent on whether its CPU bound maybe?) the fans ramp up. Games I've tested so far are: All below is at 1080p on high/ultra...

Has anyone got the Zotac version, non-overclocked? I just ran Heaven benchmark and the zotac software firestorm was reporting GPU clock of 1900 mhz when its only supposed to boost to 1665? It got up to 67c and fan speeds were at 70% (loud as ****)
