When I used a Xiaomi phone very briefly recently you could swap launcher but doing so would disable gesture navigation. There is no need for it to do that so it was Xiaomi trying to force people to use their launcher. That was on MIUI. Although HyperOS is basically MIUI anyway.

Dead Island has quietly been released on Game Pass. Been playing with a friend and it's quite good fun. Although I can see it being boring on your own.

All they have said is that COD wouldn't be on Game Pass in 2023. No mention of this year. Maybe they will wait until Treyarch's game is out. Would be quite good for them to do that.
