I was using 9.4 drivers for a while, updated to 9.5 today hoping it would make a difference but didnt. Maybe its the player I am using to watch DVDs, using VLC player atm. Any other suggestions for a decent video player?

I noticed a major difference when watching videos using the 4890, compaired to my older and outdated nvidia card, the 4890 does a worse job at videos. I have the most recent ATI 9.5 drivers and I use a 22 inch HD moniter. Anyone else notice this, or am I missing something major?

Thanks for all the suggestions, I took the parts I found best out of all the suggestions and added them together. The graphics card is missing, I am unsure what card I should buy right now, I have heard reviews of the 4890 making whining noises - which puts me off buying it.

I suggest you add the CPU, CPU cooler and the RAM while the motherboard is outside the case. Makes life easier :)

I have this exact problem, sometimes it would turn on, but now it never turns on, fans blow but nothing on monitor. I have no idea if its the PSU or Motherboard, what part do you think causes this problem?
