The New Antec 650 watt has had great reviews, is only about £80 and modular cables to boot! Check last months Custom Pc mag for a round up of mid range PSU's.
And leave all generic PSU's well away from your pc!
I live in a block of flats and DHL kindly left my €1000 tv in the lobby and was signed for by 'Frank' and I only realised it was left there when I checked delivery status on-line. Went down to the lobby and the security guard had gone home and my TV was just sitting there.
Hmmm a strongly...
Well he needs another 2g of Ram and a I would recommend at least a 4870 1gb on that telly then overclock the processor and a new coooler for it.
Then stick in a 500gb Black western digital hard drive and maybe depending on his PSU get the corsair hx450 and your done under budget.
Edit. antec...
Well get ready to be beaten by all your mates on desktops as all those laptops will be rubbish at playing games.
If I had to pick one I would go with the acer.
Well I think the OP is saying he only has £55 to spend, not everyone can buy all full spec pc every couple of months.
I had a 4670 before and found it could hold its own in most recent games, ok not a max settings but hey I am sure the he realises that with his spec. Also it has a low power...
nice pics and good build, i hate tidying cables as well but learning!
Planning an i5 build for next year and will gets some in progress pics up as well cos we all enjoy em!
Nice work.
