Well I think, one thing I would do is not offer the instant setup that I offer on other accounts. Therefore, I can verify their IP's, etc myself to make sure they're not spammers. I guess there's no way of testing for scammers as such (unless they use false contact details).

I don't think he was saying that. There are more reasons why you may need or want a tower. Before 2009, the Mac Pro was your only option if you wanted dual (identical) displays. The Mac Pro is the only option if you want x amount of terrabytes of internal storage or a truly decent graphics card...

Yeah, that would be an option, especially if I need to RMA the next lot at any point.

I do think Samsungs are incredibly designed (although not keen on the ones with red along the bottoms) but I keep looking at other brands and thinking 'urgh'. What are your other contenders at the moment?
