I just installed a new Corsair 450 psu and have the same problem, must be the card.

I bought the 5750 and had an unbranded PSU and my PC took 30 seconds to start, I bought a Corsair 450w PSU and there is no difference I still have the same problem.

I bought a 5750 graphics card and it takes my PC 30 seconds to start booting.

I got the Corsair 450, I'm pleased that its a lot safer to use than the generic one I had but it hasn't solved the waiting time my PC boots to the bios, still 30 seconds. Thanks

Ok thanks, reading the postings here it seems that its a risk paying under £40 for a PSU and that I would be daft to think I am getting a bargain when in the long term I will only end up buying anotherone. So any other recomendations for about £60 and at least a 450w. Regarding the heatsink...
