split it up into 3 weigth sessions a week and 2 cardio.
might want to drop the weigths a bit then and get into the 8-12 range for all 3 sets.
you could do with about 1.7g of protein per 1kg of body weight, a whey protein suppliment helps a lot, but you can get away without depending on diet.

food wise.. your not eating enough to start with, few people can build muscle when in a cal deficit (in fact you will lose some) might want to try going up to 3k cals to build muscle (which burns that fast even when resting, yes you will gain a bit of fat as well) then cycling down to 2k and try...
both work, before (the bios screen, del to enter... tab to post ect) and after in windows but they dont work when it comes to hitting a key on the to boot from cd hit a key screen...
hey i have a bit of a problem installing windows 7, i have set to boot from the CD in the BIOS (so the keyboard is working at this point) but when i get to the hit any key to boot from CD it counts down and loads the previous install up.
its a UED5 Mother board and yes i have tryed anouther...

but also how would i go about splitting my steam directory between 2 drives? possible to install twice and load one for games on the ssd and the other for games on the HDD?
just installed the same thing, but not overclocked. May i ask what your temps where like before Ocing?
