Update : local mechanics had a look. Coolent system has been leaking slowly due to cracks in pipes. Like I said, we've not had any issues with it overheating . There's oil where it shouldnt be but thinks it's from how they refilled during service because of where it is. So he recommended...

Didn’t see anyone given a tour of kitchen when we were there. Chefs came out to us a few times to tell us about the food, where it was sourced etc, but think they do that with everyone as I’m pretty sure they did it for the other tables as well if I remember correctly.

Just bought a Sony RX100 V myself partly for vlogging holidays etc for the family. Depends on budget but if the V is a bit pricey then somthing like the iii which is 1080p rather than 4K would also be a good choice. Plenty for sale on eBay and very popular blogging camera .

My bank said it had nothing to do with them. So the chap from support must have been doing somthing wrong or the system was playing up. Anyway, found the self service online and it was pretty straight forward to sort out. Repalcement arrived this morning, so quick turn around.
