BOOTMNGR is missing ctrl + alt + delete to restart.that sounds like it may not be able to locate the os so i think its a hdd problem check your sata connections

ive had the ex 58 ud5 running for 8months now i74ghz xfire 4890s 2hdd raid 0 blu ray 750w psu so it aint your psu...i have seen post with others on a ex 58 ud5 board getting random shutdowns and problems with cold boot..
well if someone is not happy with there 5970 ill swap for my xfx4890s great head room to overclock
ive mine running 960clock and 1050mem...im really very happy with this setup and couldn't really justify spending 500pounds for dx11
it does sound like it may be the psu how old is it...tho im guessing its pretty new..as above id try reseating the card...id also power down all no essentials you have like led fans and lighting just to see if it makes any diffrence
found the fault didnt have to look to hard opened case started to take it apart first component....1 ripped xfire bridge...problem solved replaced and all is good in the world again
im xfireing 2xfx 4890s...but ive just noticed my screen has become discoloured with flicker.when i disable xfire its perfect..im running res 1680x1050 my 4890s ive run at stock settings no change ive tried newer and older drivers and removed old drivers no change ...im stumpped
