Afaik 'old marble' isn't a trademarked item, and you're not passing it off as anything it isn't. You aren't doing anything wrong. If people think it's more valuable than it is then that's their problem. You have specified explicitly that you have no idea what it is worth.

I have a friend who does vinyl printing.. they have a big plotter that cuts adhesive vinyl into shapes. I just traced one of my photos with paths in photoshops and exported it into a format their plotter could use. :)

The difference is the reason why they're buying it. The X-Factor purchasers are buying it because they enjoyed watching the X-Factor and want to support the artist. The Rage purchasers are buying it because they dislike Simon Cowell/the X-Factor/Reality TV in general and want to make a point.
