First off this is not a for sale thread but rather a question on how best to get rid of the pc that I have.
Times are tough and in its day it was not a bad pc but needs must and I could do with the cash rather then the machine.

Ok so its one 5870 then. Thanks i will place the order tonight.
Now just need to find a smaller case and i think the psu i have could do with a change just so i can get one that you can remove the excess wires from to tidy up thinks as i have a bunch of unused connections off my current psu.
Are the ATI cards these days considered better than Nvida?
Can you run 2 5870 together as you can with nvida in sli. I know it wont be called sli but am not sure what ATI call it.
Thanks chaps the pc is used mainly for everyday use but on the weekends i like to get gaming.
I will look for a new GPU and a smaller case. There is no budget as i have not upgraded for a few years so happy to get the best i can now to last a few more years.

I am running a 8800gtx card with 4gb cosair ram and a quard core cpu, am i right in saying all i need is power dvd and a blu ray optical drive with appropriate cables and i should be able to play blu rays on my plasma??
I am currently running an Nvida 8800GTX and had all good intension of SLI but since i cant get a second one perhaps depending on price you could take mine and i could upgrade to the new NVIDIA GeForce GTX 295.
