Had a issue with games not saving so could be similar might be worth trying, all I did was disable onedrive for documents folder. Hopefully this helps !

Hey guys quick question just reached level 20 but not finished the story yet just done the mission with a big drill, but all I'm getting is level 18 gear drops from public events etc, is this because I havnt finished the story yet ? Many thanks ;).

Buy a second hand gtx 970 at about £150 and be happy till you can afford new cpu upgrade ... that's what I would do anyway :).
