Not the easiest of things to do and it did take 1.5 hours. I only had a junior hacksaw and a knife :D. You have to take the strengthen block out of the piece you cut off...
I saw this on Friday, when on the M25. I could tell it was a helicopter with banner, but no idea what it said.
I’m surprised the helicopter could tow the banner along its quite big.
It looks like some of the pad has been ripped away from the PCB and is still connected to capacitor. But there should be enough still left in place to solder too. So carefully solider the capacitor back in place, probably best to solder both ends. It also looks like the pad is part of the ground...
A mate was telling me the other week that photocopiers have HDDs in them, which I sort of knew about as I can save docs and retrieve them later, but what I didn’t knew is a copy is saved on the drive even after being printed.
Could not agree more.
I’ve tried both wireless mouse & keyboard and got very annoyed with the lag and flat batteries which always happened mid game :(. I’ve got wired now and would never go back.
