Try yoke squats, even worse than cambered bar squats for swinging weight!

Was hard, next to no warm up then opened on 300, then 5 mins later pulled 310 then 2 mins later failed 315.
Only to be told bar weight didn't include the 2.5kg collars so I pulled 305 then 315 and failed 320 lol.
Some more time and is have pulled 320kg I'm sure
Brock signing on will have meant a change to the simple Reigns win that we all know was coming.
Quite what the will do will be interesting.
Money in the bank has to be used surely after the winner is announced or near end of fight.

Why care? You seem far too interested in what people might or might not be doing.
Until it starts affecting your life, if they start competing (and in specific feds) then leave it out tbh :)
